Includes reviews from DealerRater. Bought a used Chevy Trax about 2 years ago. Paid cash, no financing. Did not purchase extended warranty as it was very expensive and vehicle was fairly new with low mileage. Brought it back to be serviced and after 4 days the issue was not fixed.
The car is literally falling apart to the point it needs to go to an actual Chevy dealership. Scranton Dodge takes zero responsibility and after admitting they cannot fix it, will not assist with cost of same. Will never go back nor will I refer…Take care of your customers. Therefore, Scranton dodge service is nothing further to discuss I feel the vehicle was sold with secrets and quite frankly I feel it to be dangerous.
We will take it to a Chevy dealership with the information we have and hope for the best. I will chalk this up to lesson learned and where NOT to refer people to purchase a vehicle. All I have left is a story to tell. Received a call back. Apparently, if it's not a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram, you should look elsewhere when the car has almost immediate issues.
That's on me as I waited to make the 5th phone call to the service department. Lesson learned. Dealership always has enough inventory to choose from and they work with you to get the best deal for you. It's a breeze to come here and purchase a new vehicle when our lease is up. We are so pleased to hear you had a smooth experience with Bill and our Sales Team. My experience with Josh and this dealership was terrible. There was zero communication and zero consideration for my time. I would rather walk than buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Zero communication and zero consideration for a person's time. And worse off, they never picked up the phone to talk - all communication was done through text. Complete waste of time. I came to this dealership from out of state because they had a vehicle that I was having trouble finding a fair deal on where I live. Chris Montagna was extremely helpful before I ever made the trip and I was confident that I wasn't wasting my time driving there from hours away. I would do it again without hesitation.
Chris did a great job, and he handled all of paperwork necessary to get it registered in my state.
